This notice explains how the New Trainer Planner website uses information when you explore the free demo or use a paid membership.

The free demo

Demo planner entries are saved in local storage in your current browser. They are not sent to the planner’s online workspace. Other people who use the same browser profile may be able to see those entries. Clearing browser storage removes the saved demo. You can export a copy before clearing it.

Sign-in and membership

Sign in with ChatGPT provides the site with a site-specific user identifier, email address and, when available, a display name. The site uses this identity to associate your membership, billing customer record and online planner entries with your account.

For active members, the planner stores the text you enter, checklist selections, CPD entries and the time and revision of the last saved workspace. Billing customer and checkout identifiers are stored to help manage membership. Access to a member workspace is checked on the server.

Payments

When payments are enabled, Stripe handles checkout and the billing portal. Your sign-in email and account reference are used to create and identify the billing customer. This website does not collect or store full card numbers or card security codes. Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy terms.

Hosting and essential storage

The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. Those services process requests, identity information and technical data required to operate the site. Sign-in may use essential platform cookies. The planner uses browser local storage for the free demo. No advertising trackers or separate marketing analytics are included in this version.

Information to leave out

Do not enter confidential learner files, health information, identity documents or formal assessment evidence. Use your RTO’s approved systems for those records. This resource is intended for working priorities, professional development and personal reflection.

Exports, corrections and deletion

You can edit your planner entries and export them from the planning workspace. To remove demo data, clear this site’s browser storage. To request correction or deletion of an online workspace or billing-related personal information, contact Armin Design Studios through the studio website. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not by itself delete a saved workspace. Contact the studio if you want the workspace deleted. Export any entries you want to keep first.
