Membership terms

New Trainer Planner is a self-guided digital planning resource from Armin Design Studios, created by Armin Sabanovic. These terms describe the membership offered on this website. While payments are marked as unopened, no paid membership can be purchased here.
What membership includes
An active membership provides access to the online planning workspace and the current 176-page printable PDF. Members can download the PDF and export their own planner entries. This offer does not include personal mentoring, accredited training, assessment services, team licences or a guaranteed schedule of future releases.
Pricing and recurring billing
The proposed launch prices are A$9 per month or A$79 per year. The selected billing period, amount and renewal terms are displayed before you pay. The price is in Australian dollars. Checkout is handled by Stripe when payments are enabled. Do not proceed if the amount or billing interval differs from your selection.
A monthly plan renews each month. An annual plan renews each year. There is no free trial or separate setup fee offered on this site. Any future price change will be communicated before it takes effect for your membership.
Cancellation and access
You can manage or cancel future renewals through the billing portal linked from your planner account. Cancelling future renewals leaves online access available until the end of the paid period. At that point, online member features and full downloads require a new active membership. Export entries you wish to retain before your access ends.
PDFs and planner exports that you have downloaded may continue to be used for your personal planning after cancellation. Cancellation does not automatically refund an earlier payment. Contact Armin Design Studios about payment errors or a problem with the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your account and records
Member accounts use Sign in with ChatGPT. Use the same account when returning to your subscription. Keep your access secure and do not share a membership. The free demo stores entries only in your current browser. An active member workspace stores entries online against your signed-in account.
This planner is for your own working notes. Keep confidential learner information, health details, formal assessment evidence and official results in the systems your RTO approves. Use initials or internal references when a follow-up note is useful here.
Personal-use licence
Your membership permits personal use of the planner and printing copies for your own planning. It does not allow resale, redistribution of the PDF, sharing paid downloads, or use as an organisation-wide resource. Contact Armin Design Studios if you need a team arrangement.
Professional responsibilities
The planner is independent of RMIT, ASQA and any RTO. It is not an accredited course, assessment instrument or guarantee of compliance. Prompts and suggested onboarding timing must be adapted to your credentials, competence, supervision arrangements, RTO policies and current requirements.
Availability and support
We aim to provide a useful planning service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Keep regular exports of important working notes. For support, billing questions or access requests, contact Armin Design Studios through the studio website. Include the email used to sign in, and never send card details or passwords.
